金匮要略在线:济阴纲目之论临产调理法

大全云：凡妊娠至临月，当安神定虑，时常步履，不可多睡饱食，过饮酒醴杂药，宜先贴产图，依位密铺床帐，预请绝练稳婆，备办汤药器物，欲产时，不可多人喧哄怆惶，但用老妇二人扶行，及泙凭物站立，若见浆水，腰腹痛甚，是胎离其经，令产母仰卧，令儿转身;若儿头向产门，方可用药催生坐草;若心烦，用水调服白蜜一匙。觉饥吃糜粥少许勿令饥渴，恐乏其力，不可强服催药，早于坐草，慎之。（原有产图此不载录，亦祝由法也）（催生药切不可早，若儿未转身宜以补血为主，而宽气佐之）

薛氏曰：欲产之时，觉腹内转动，即当正身仰卧，待儿转身向下时，作痛，试捏产母手中指中节，或本节跳动，方与临盆，即产矣。若初觉不仰卧，以待转胞，（中指属心胞络也）或未产而水频下，此胞衣已破，血水先干，必有逆生难产之患。若胎衣破，而不得分娩者，保生无忧散，以固其血，自然生息，如血已耗损，用八珍汤料一斤，益母草半斤，水数十碗煎热，不时饮之，亦有得生者。凡孕妇只腹痛，未产也，若连腰痛甚者，将产也，盖肾候于腰，胞檕于肾故也。凡孕家宜预请有仁心知事稳婆，当以恩结其心，先与说知，倘有生息不顺，只说未产;或遇双胎，只说胎衣未下，恐惊则气散，愈难生息，余家亲验之。大抵难产多患于郁闷安佚富贵之家，治法虽云：胎前清气，产后补血，不可专执，若脾胃不实，气血不充，宜预调补，不然临产必有患难。（固血之说宜玩，八珍益母配法服法俱佳）

中国古代的医书有哪些？

中国古代著名医书有以下这些：

1.《神农本草经》

《神农本草经》又称《本草经》或《本经》，中医四大经典著作之一，作为现存最早的中药学著作，约起源于神农氏，代代口耳相传，于东汉时期集结整理成书。

成书非一时，作者亦非一人，秦汉时期众多医学家搜集、总结、整理当时药物学经验成果的专著，是对中国中医药的第一次系统总结。

2.金匮要略

《金匮要略》是我国东汉著名医学家张仲景所著《伤寒杂病论》的杂病部分，也是我国现存最早的一部论述杂病诊治的专书，原名《金匮要略方论》。“金匮”是存放古代帝王圣训和实录的地方，意指本书内容之珍贵。

3.《肘后备急方》

《肘后备急方》，古代中医方剂著作。是中国第一部临床急救手册。中医治疗学专著。8卷，70篇。东晋时期葛洪著。原名《肘后救卒方》，简称《肘后方》。系作者将其原著《玉函方》（共100卷），摘录其中可供急救医疗、实用有效的单验方及简要灸法汇编而成。

4.《脉经》

脉学著作，西晋·王叔和撰于公元3世纪，10卷。集汉以前脉学之大成，选录《内经》《难经》《伤寒论》《金匮要略》及扁鹊、华佗等有关脉学之论说，阐析脉理、脉法，结合临床实际，详辨脉象及其主病。

《脉经》系我国现存较早的脉学专书，首次系统归纳了24种脉象，对其性状作出具体描述，初步肯定了有关三部脉的定位诊断，为后世脉学发展奠定基础，并有指导临床实践之意义。同时《脉经》还保存了大量古代中医文献资料。

5.《针灸甲乙经》

《针灸甲乙经》，又称《黄帝甲乙经》《黄帝三部针经》《黄帝针灸甲乙经》。西晋·皇甫谧撰，12卷，128篇，成书于公元282年。前六卷论述基础理论，后六卷记录各种疾病的临床治疗，包括病因、病机、症状、诊断、取穴、治法和预后等。

采用分部和按经分类法，厘定了腧穴，详述了各部穴位的适应证和禁忌、针刺深度与灸的壮数，是我国现存最早的一部理论联系实际的针灸学专著。
